The Independent Media Commission notifies all audio-visual media service providers that during the extraordinary elections campaign for Mayor of Podujeva, IMC licensees must act in accordance with IMC legislation and with:

• Chapter VIII Law no. 03/L-073 on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo
• IMC Guideline on Media Conduct during Elections

Also, in accordance with the Law on Elections, licensees are obliged to submit to the IMC the following election logs:

• Log A, free-of-charge appointments
• Log B, paid appointments
• Guideline for Log A and B for the general election of 2020

INDEPENDENT MEDIA COMMISSION
