The Independent Media Commission (IMC) reminds all licensees that the deadline for submitting annual reports for 2020 is March 31, 2021.

According to Law no. 04 / L-44 on the Independent Media Commission, respectively Article 28, paragraph 1, stipulates that:

"Licensed audiovisual media services must submit an annual report to the IMC, which includes information regarding the program and action in accordance with the terms of the license together with a detailed financial report and other information provided by law." .

The IMC assures you that sensitive commercial information presented in your annual report will not be disclosed to any person unless otherwise required by law.

In cases where the IMC considers that the information presented in the annual report is incomplete, we inform you that the IMC may request additional information to complete the reports and verify the accuracy of the requested information.

Failure to report annually constitutes a violation of the law and serves as a basis for initiating proceedings for sanctioning measures against licensees, in accordance with the Law of IMC.
