The Independent Media Commission (IMC) informs the public and representatives of audio-visual media services that at the meeting held on March 16, 2021, has decided to temporarily SUSPEND the issuance of licenses for Audiovisual Media Service Providers which broadcast through the network of Distribution Operators, until the definition of new criteria and procedures for their licensing. In this regard, the Commission has decided to initiate procedure for amendment of the Regulation on Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers IMC-2017/02.
