The Independent Media Commission (IMC), on June 2, 2021, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Xhevat LATIFI, has held its sixth regular meeting for this year. The committee first approved the agenda of the meeting and then the minutes from the previous meeting.

In this meeting according to the agenda, the IMC has reviewed several legal cases, respectively complaints of the parties regarding the Regulation IMC-2020/01 on the Distribution of Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers.

The legally reviewed cases are listed as follows:

Telko's Complaint against the Audiovisual Media Service Provider Klan Kosova - after reviewing the case, the Commission concluded that the alleged violations were not identified, therefore decided that the Complaint of the operator TELKOS, through which it is alleged that OSHMA Klan Kosova acted contrary to Article 10, paragraph 2, of Regulation IMC-2020/01, to be rejected as ungrounded.

Telko's Complaint against TV Dukagjini Audiovisual Media Service Provider - after reviewing the case, the Commission concluded that the alleged violations were not identified, therefore decided that the Complaint of TELKOS operator, through which it is alleged that OSHMA TV Dukagjini acted contrary to Article 10, paragraph 2, of Regulation IMC-2020/01, to be rejected as ungrounded.

Telko's Complaint against the Audiovisual Media Service Provider TE 7 - after reviewing the case, the Commission concluded that the alleged violations were not identified, therefore decided that the Complaint of the operator TELKOS, through which it is alleged that OSHMA TE7 acted contrary to Article 10, paragraph 2, of Regulation IMC-2020/01, to be rejected as ungrounded.
