On July 15, 2019, at the headquarters of the Independent Media Commission (IMC), the second meeting of the Working Group was held to amend and supplement the Regulation on Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers (Regulation - 2017/02).

Based on the decision of the IMC of the meeting held on March 23, 2021, the Working Group was established to amend and supplement the Regulation on Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers (Regulation - 2017/02). The purpose of establishing this Working Group is to review Regulation IMC-2017/02.

Based on the decision of the IMC, the Working Group will be responsible for the preparation of a final draft of the Regulation IMC-2017/02 and will recommend a proposal for concrete changes in the draft regulation and forward them for further treatment in IMC Commission.

While on July 16, 2021 was held the meeting of the Working Group for drafting the Draft Strategic three-year work plan of the IMC.

The purpose of this Working Group is to draft a plan of activities for the next three years and the realization of objectives in relation to the development of the IMC in terms of advancing the legal framework and other development aspects.

Upon completion of the work, the draft Plan for the three-year work Strategy drafted by the Working Group and other proposals will be forwarded for further treatment to the IMC Commission.
