At the meeting held on 17 September 2021, the Independent Media Commission (IMC) approved for public hearing:

The DRAFT Regulation of Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers;

Pursuant to Article 8 paragraph 2, of the Law No. 04/L-44 on the IMC, IMC publicly invites representatives of audiovisual media services and other stakeholders to provide written comments on the said draft regulation.

IMC invites representatives of audiovisual media services and other stakeholders to send their written comments from 27 September 2021 to 15 Oktober 2021, at 16:00.
