The Independent Media Commission (IMC), on March 4, 2022, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Xhevat Latifi, held its fourth regular meeting for this year.

Following the approval of the agenda and minutes from the last meeting, according to the agenda, the Commission has reviewed several licensing cases. After reviewing the licensing cases, the Commission found that all the requirements met the legal criteria and decided to approve the following recommendations:

• Radio Plus - Decision to change the location of the broadcaster;
• Net Plus D.O.O - Distribution Operator Licensing Decision;
• Dankos Plus Televizija - Decision for licensing the Audiovisual Media Service Provider through the platform of the distribution operator.

 The Commission has also reviewed a legal case, namely a complaint for illegal operation.

• Niart LLC - Decision

After reviewing the case, the Commission decided to confiscate the relevant equipment, according to Article 30, paragraph 5 of the Law on IMC.
