The Independent Media Commission (IMC), on April 29, 2022, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Xhevat Latifi, held its ninth regular meeting.

Following the approval of the agenda and minutes from the last meeting, the Commission has reviewed several licensing cases. The reviewed cases concerned one application for licensing of a distribution operator and five applications for renewal of the license of the media service provider with terrestrial audio (radio) transmission.

After reviewing the recommendations of the Executive Office on licensing cases, the Commission concluded that all cases met the legal criteria of the IMC and decided to approve all recommendations.
