The Independent Media Commission (IMC) reminds all licensees who have not yet paid the annual license fee, that the deadline to fulfill this legal obligation is June 30, 2023.

The payment of the annual license fee is a legal obligation for licensees, defined by Law No. 04/L-44 for the Independent Media Commission, respectively article 26, which provides that the licensees are obliged to pay the annual license fee of the KPM, according to the license categories defined by the KPM Regulation-2017/03 for Annual License Fee.

KPM instructs all licensees to complete the annual KPM license fee payments according to the deadline set by the by-law, thus fulfilling their legal obligation.
