In the meeting held on July 17, 2023, the Independent Media Commission (IMC) approved for public hearing the draft regulation:

- Draft Regulation for the Admission, Evaluation and Discipline of the Chief Executive Officer at IMC

Based on Article 8 paragraph 2, of the Law on the IMC No. 04/L-44, IMC makes a public invitation to interested parties to provide written comments on the aforementioned draft regulation.

IMC invites interested parties to send their written comments from July 24, 2023 to August 11, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
