The Independent Media Commission (IMC), at the meeting held on October 3, 2023, approved for public hearing the following draft regulations:

• Draft - Regulation for the protection of children and minors in audio and audiovisual media services
• Draft - Regulations for commercial audio and audiovisual communications
• Draft- Regulations on the ownership and concentration of IMC licensees

Based on Article 8 paragraph 2, of the Law on the IPC No. 04/L-44, IMC makes a public invitation to representatives of audio-visual media services and other interested parties to provide written comments on the aforementioned draft regulations.

IMC invites representatives of audio-visual media services and other interested parties to send their written comments from October 11, 2023 to November 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
